Thank you for being a part of the Kids Yoga Program at Prana Das, led by Monika Brass. Below are the themes and dates for our upcoming series, which follow the 2017/2018 school year. Kids will receive a special “Kids Card” and earn a badge for each series they complete. Support your child in a mindful approach to life and tools for compassionate and confident responses at home, in school and with friends.
Kids Yoga Program
Tools for their Journey
Equip them with tools and practices they can use when they are met with life’s challenges, and help them gain confidence to succeed towards their goals.
Reduce and Relieve Stress
Yoga can help kids create space for themselves to recognize and respond to stress in a healthy way so they become practiced at calming themselves and moving forward mindfully.
Little yogis will learn to apply their new learnings in group settings to cultivate strong inter-personal relationships, communication and friendship skills and self worth.
